On January 6 & 7, 2024, we continue the joyful season of Christmas with the Solemnity of the Epiphany of the Lord. It is the day that we celebrate the fact that Christ came to bring salvation to the Gentiles as well as to the Jews. We welcome you and your family to join us for the celebration of the Eucharist at the Mass. Mass times are our regular schedule of Saturdays at 4:00PM, Sundays at 8:00AM and 10:30AM.
The Christmas Season is celebrated from the evening of December 24th, 2023 through January 7th, 2024. During this season, we celebrate the birth of Christ into our world and into our hearts, and reflect on the gift of salvation that is born with him. Catholics celebrate Christmas as a season, much more than one day.
On the last Wednesday of each month, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, the Blessed Sacrament is exposed in a monstrance for 'one on one' quiet prayer. A monstrance is a special vessel to hold the host and make it visible for Eucharistic Adoration. The Wednesday nightly Mass follows after Adoration.
Our first planning meeting will be on Tuesday, June 27, at 6:30pm in the parish hall. Please join us to discuss new ideas. Additional meetings are bi-weekly. Last meeting is September 5 at 6:30pm.
Easter is celebrated on Sunday, April 9th. Easter is the celebration of Christ's Resurrection from the dead, culminating in his Ascension to the Father and sending of the Holy Spirit upon the Church.
