Sister Mary Fisher, who will be visiting our parish is a member of this Congregation. After 41 year of ministry in Uganda, Ethiopia, Kenya and South Africa Sister Mary was asked to return to the States to help raise funds for the Congregation, For 31 years Sister Mary was involved in a spiritual ministry offering courses on prayer, discernment spiritual growth as well as being available for a ministry in offering retreats and Spiritual Direction.
Reverend Mr. Court Shields received the Sacrament of Holy Orders on June 13, 2009. He was ordained a Deacon by the Most Reverend Robert J. McManus, the Bishop of Worcester. Deacon Shields is currently the Deacon at Holy Trinity Parish, serving the communities of Bolton, MA and Harvard, MA. He has written a book, “Homilies from the Heart”, and composed a CD, “More Homilies from the Heart.”
Deacon Shields is the Chaplain for the Firefighters and EMT’s at the Town of Berlin, MA, and a member of the St. John Paul II Knights of Columbus Council in Bolton and Harvard. His love and passion are for his beloved wife, Mary Ellen, of twenty-one years, his three children and five grandchildren, and serving God’s people – “praying to see the Divine in the heart of humanity.”
Mary Pat Heelan is an Associate of Director of Religious Education for the Diocese of Worcester. Mary Pat has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Boston College and a Pastoral Ministry Master’s degree from Anna Maria College. She and her husband, Peter have lived in Lunenburg for over 25 years, where they raised their children, Christopher, Joseph and Mary Catherine.
