Pentecost

Pentecost Sunday is May 31st, 2020.  Pentecost is the celebration of Jesus' sending of the Holy Spirit. This occurs 50 days after Easter and concludes the Easter Season. 

The Mass returns this weekend at Saint Boniface.  Saturday Mass at 4:00PM and Sunday Mass at 9:00AM.




 

Sunday Mass; Solemnity of Pentocost, May 31st, 2020

On Pentecost, the Holy Spirit transformed fearful apostles into courageous witnesses to Christ and to baptize those who believed.  Those who were baptized created communities to share their new faith in Christ with one another.   Pentecost is the birthday of the Church and from this the age of the Church began.
