Meetings:
2nd Thursday of the Month
7 pm in the Saint Boniface Parish Hall
The mission of the Saint Boniface Women’s Guild is to unite the women of the parish in their efforts to build a sense of Christian Community, as they take the love of Jesus into the parish community and beyond.
The Women's Guild creates opportunities for continued spiritual growth for the women of the Parish. We organize and provide information on retreats, days of reflection, Bible study groups, workshops, special religious celebrations.
Additionally, we plan social events and fundraisers such as our annual pie baking, community suppers, game nights, bake sales. The Women’s Guild also helps with parish festivals and provides receptions for special programs in the parish such as the Song Festival and the Tenebrae Ecumenical Service.
The Women's Guild has supported the various needs of the parish and community including:
"It's fun to be a member of the St. Boniface Women's Guild. You can enjoy the camaraderie of a very welcoming group of women and engage in many fun activities. Members enjoy events such as ice cream socials and craft activities. Many members merely enjoy each other's company as they chat while peeling apples for the the pie sale or making blankets for CareNet. It's a great way to make new friends or enjoy the company of old friends while helping the community". - Andrea Laford
“Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you” (Ezekiel)
Saint Boniface’s Women’s Guild urges all women of our church, teens through adults, to respond to this call for a renewal of participation, service, and fellowship. If you have never attended a meeting or presentation before, give us a try; you will glad that you did!
